User accounts are created by Laurus Development or by users assigned this function.

   Types of accounts

• View accounts have no access to the admin area but can be given access to public pages which require a password.
• User accounts have access to the admin area to edit ONLY web site pages assigned to them. All other Control Panel functionality is disabled.
• Developer accounts have all the functionality of a user account as well as access to developer functions. Developers have full control of other accounts. See the Developer Help section for more information.
